From $95

  • 15 minute session

  • On-site image selection

Extended Studio Headshot $250

  • 30 minute session

  • On-site image selection

Lifestyle Branding Headshot $450

  • 90 minute session

  • On site image selection

Individual On Location Headshot $350

  • 20 minute session

  • 15 images delivered digitally

  • Any location within 20 mile radius of 60156 

  • 21-45 mile radius and Chicago will incur a $50 travel fee

Team Headshot Packages

Team Headshots $79 per member

  • Minimum of 5 team members or a $395 minimum

  • On location only

  • black or white backdrop option included, or can be an environmental background

  • 1 image per team member with basic retouch

  • Can be used for website, print, and advertising

  • Travel fee for locations over 15 miles from 60013 is $50 

  • Chicago Travel Fee $100

  • Add company branding images, environmental and/or group image pack for $150

  • 10% off for teams with 12+ members

  • 20% off for teams with 20+ members

Half Day Rate $1550 (up to 50 team members)

  • Up to 4 hours of shooting time

  • 1 Digital Image per employee

  • On site image selection

Full Day Rate $2150 (up to 100 team members)

  • Up to 8 hours of shooting time

  • On site image selection

Add Ons

File Management $250

  • Have all of your images and filenames organized and names by last name and first name, such as “doe_john.jpg”

  • This makes sending the photos to each member as easy as possible.

Heavy Retouch $30 per photo

  • This is for smoothing skin, root touch-ups, stray hair removal, and more

  • Please contact me for hair and makeup touchups

Black and White Conversion $100

  • Have all the photos edited in black and white with the color version as well.

What to Expect

General Headshot Tips

​

Clothing​

  • It never hurts to bring extra options, I can help you pick out what will look best color wise.

​

Avoid

  • Tight Repeating Patterns

  • Crazy patterns or designs

  • Logos/Brands

  • Neon

  • Distracting Accessories

​

Hair Cut & Color

  • If you plan to get your hair cut or colored, make sure to do it 4 – 7 days before your session. Please come with hair styled in the way you wish to be photographed.

​

WOMEN HEADSHOT TIPS

Clothing

  • Undergarments. Make sure to include the right undergarments for the tops and outfits you bring. Make sure the top lays flat and try on your outfits you plan to bring before the shoot.

  • Sweaters, blazers, blouses, solid colors, emerald green, maroon, and deep blue (jewel tones) are a standard for women.

​

Make Up

  • Keep makeup natural and avoid shimmery eye shadow.  Touching up your eye and lip makeup before the shoot is recommended.

  • Stay away from foundation with SPF. These ingredients reflect light and can cause your skin to look shiny. Select a matte finish for the best look.

  • Keep in mind many people hire professional make up and hair artists for the day of the shoot.

MEN HEADSHOT TIPS

Clothing

  • Dress shirts with or without a suit jacket, a sweater with a crisp white shirt underneath, or a button-down are all great options.

​

Facial Hair

  • Plan for at least an hour after your shave before having your headshot taken. It will allow your skin to cool and any redness will fade.

  • Groom your beard or mustache and trim it so there are no strays out of place
